Review before publication
Before a game is promoted, we review the information available from its source and, where practical, test the playable experience. We look for broken loading flows, misleading redirects, intrusive permissions, inappropriate content, unexpected monetization behavior and poor mobile usability.
Publisher-added information
We aim to supplement each game with original or carefully edited information such as a clear summary, controls, how-to-play guidance, category information and related recommendations. Provider metadata may be used as source material, but it is not automatically treated as final editorial copy.
Corrections and removals
Games can change after publication because they may be hosted or updated by third parties. If a title stops working, changes materially, becomes unsuitable, or raises licensing, safety or user-experience concerns, we may update, quarantine or remove it.
Commercial relationships
Advertising or distribution relationships do not guarantee favorable editorial treatment. Sponsored or advertising content will be presented separately from ordinary editorial recommendations where applicable.
Original games
Games created or commissioned by 1Bit Games are evaluated under the same player-facing standards. We do not use third-party brands, characters, maps or other protected creative material as substitutes for original design without appropriate rights.
